Today in cooking class Sam and I made a basic broccoli and cauliflower Macaroni & Cheese.
It turn out perfect with a crispy brown cheese and bread crumbs on top, the recipe is very simple but if you have your own I say ours wasn't that perfect to change yours.

Today in cooking class we made courgettis (zucchini) fritters with a side of a simple salad.
Class today was very easy, starting of with the basics of cleaning our kitchen my buddy went into making our batter and I prepared the zucchini by washing and grating it. The batter was easy to make (recipe below) so within 10 minutes we were cooking. The fritters came out perfectly and went well with sweet & sour sauce.
Today was my first day ever to be in the cooking class, I enjoyed myself as we made a delicious smoothie. Yes I said smoothie, in our class we had to partner with someone and my partner today was Samisoni. We made a healthy smoothie using the ingredients of Banana, Apple, Spinach, Yogurt, Milk and a dash of honey for a sweet tooth.
Yesterday was the last day for rotation 1 of technology, from what I have heard I am in the cooking class next which I have waited for, for a long time. We did a lot of quizzes on the last day just to finish of with a high. I would like to thank Mr Krishna for teaching me coding as it was my last time going to that class, I enjoyed myself and learnt a lot about coding.
Today was our first day back at technology for term 2, I'm still in the same class (robotics) and this time the year 8's got something different to do.
We had to sign up to a new app called Tinkercad, It is complicated to use but I got the hang of it because we got to follow some simple YouTube videos. It is hard for me to explain but I made a automatic dice were you just click a button and it will generate a number between 1 and 6 like a dice.
