Through my eyes I'm a Maori.
I've grown up here in Aotearoa
I like to play sports like softball.
I have family all over the place from overseas to.
My family treats best friends like siblings.
In my family ,we have moulty cultures like people from the cook islands .
That is all I have to say but
I LOVE MY FAMILY.
Kia ora Nia-Jaye,
ReplyDeleteIt is lovely meeting you! I am so excited that you are joining us for the Summer Learning Journey 2019-2020. Have you done this programme before?
This is my first year joining the Summer Learning Journey, and I am so excited that I get to read over the Manaiakalani blogs.
I’m really looking forward to summer, aren't you? In my spare time I like spending time at the beach and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy going for walks and I absolutely love cooking and baking. What are you looking forward to doing this summer?
I liked the way you described your background - Maori culture is such a beautiful and unique culture! The image you have used really supports your description. I love to play softball too. Do your friends and peers play softball too?
Had you thought about expanding more on the other multi-cultures you have in your family? I'd love to hear about it!
My background is made up of mainly Pakeha and Irish. One day I'd love to travel to Ireland to learn more about my culture.
Can’t wait to read more of your blogs! Keep up the great work :)
Nga mihi
