Term 2 Technology

 Today in cooking class we made courgettis (zucchini) fritters with a side of a simple salad.

Class today was very easy, starting of with the basics of cleaning our kitchen my buddy  went into making our batter and I prepared the zucchini by washing and grating it. The batter was easy to make (recipe below) so within 10 minutes we were cooking. The fritters came out perfectly and went well with sweet & sour sauce.
