Kia Ora Readers, today at our last day of tech for term two we made crepes. I had a new buddy today which was Honor because miss split the boys and girls up ( blog linked ). I was a very simple recipe but the crepes took so long to cook! We started with mixing the flour, milk and water in our bowl followed by our egg, vanilla essence and salt. It was very easy and we were finished within 5 minutes, now it was time for us to cook our crepes. Crepes are a thin and big when cooked, they're in the pancake and pikelets family. After we cooked our crepes our teacher Mrs. Hamer brought out ice cream, Nutella and icing sugar. I enjoyed making and eating our crepes today, I would recommend adding fruit like strawberries or banana. Have A great day! Nga Mihi.

1 cup of flour 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup of milk 1 egg
Tsp Vanilla essence
